What is DISC? 

DISC is a simple but powerful profiling tool to help your team understand their natural communication style and how to work better with others.


Each person receives a personalised DISC profile before the workshop. Then we bring it to life together.

The four styles:

  • D – Direct, decisive, driven (sometimes intimidating)
     

  •  I  – Social, optimistic, inspiring (not everyone’s cup of tea)
     

  • S – Calm, steady, supportive (also super sensitive to change)
     

  • C – Precise, analytical, thoughtful (perfectionism can hold them back)

No style is better or worse. When we understand each other, we connect more deeply and work better together.

What happens in the workshop?

A 3-hour, in-person team experience for up to 12 people (with the option to add on DISC assessments for each participant before the workshop)
