3. Responsibilities

Managing Director (Liz Boswell): Holds overall responsibility for ensuring this policy is implemented and maintained.

Associates & Contractors: Expected to act in line with this policy when representing Bold Moves Coaching Ltd.

Clients & Participants: Encouraged to uphold respectful and inclusive behaviour during training and coaching activities.
4. Implementation
To embed this policy, Bold Moves Coaching Ltd will:

Provide training and materials that reflect diverse perspectives.

Make reasonable adjustments to meet accessibility needs.

Monitor client and participant feedback for issues relating to equality, diversity, or inclusion.

Take immediate action if any behaviour or practice breaches this policy.
5. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually by the Managing Director to ensure it remains relevant, effective, and aligned with legislation and best practice.
